LCI Education Acquires CSLI

Halladay Education Group is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Canadian as a Second Language Institute (CSLI) by LCI Education. HEG was retained by CSLI's ownership to provide complete transaction advisory services for the the sale of their school from start-to-finish.
